Mountain View

New batteries installing beneath the peak of the mountain where light perused its way to shine over dullness. Behind the sunset remain old patterns of movement across the horizon in its natural rhythms and small adjustments from the moon showing its real face. Turfing and dislocating inward feelings into a oneness with creation. A happy go lucky attitude developing from refusal to leave sun rays. The mountain huddling view was speaking words of freedom invading space and submitting time to be unmoved.

Lifeless bones danced their way back into strength. I felt the mountain move next to my feet. The oldest residents on the mountain were the spiders it kept as good luck charms. The birds circled viewing points whistling at the mountain’s beauty. It held a right to stay silent and so did I. The mountain was a welcomed dreamlike stage, anyone could hike up its theatrical performance made from stillness, it created internal and external drama in a good way by hushing people to whisper soft words of niceness to one’s soul to encourage climbing. The mountain gives us the right to be a king or a queen in one’s personal journey, a prince or a princess in your story.

Skyrocketing faultless thoughts came-

Where do we travel after our climb in life is over?

I stopped wondering in a quick instant. The answer hits as quickly as the sea air circles over water- we go home to our saviour the bird that circles the wind protecting our climbs. The birds sense him in the wind like when the wind brushes our hair back and glides fresh air over our faces reminding us that we will be restored with youth as life is eternal.

I didn’t dare become too tall, where I couldn’t reach down to snatch up the falling leaves in autumn. Strong winds tear leaves away from their trees, but nothing in its own entirety is as sweet as catching a falling leaf in autumn. The change in the days length and in falling temperatures would give me the same feeling as spring did. I didn’t like winter and I never like the summer. I preferred the in between months.

Spring and autumn seem to pair in similarities they matched but one is before summer and the other before winter. Autumn would see the beauty falling and the spring would see everything rising. The opposite to everything always attracted me. This feeling was going to last, holding a gut feeling. I think I associated these seasons as my type of perfect, they held a balance without extreme ways of showing it, gentle and kind in manner.  When I reached the top of the mountain many realisations came to me, everything seemed so small and insignificant down below. I felt this place is my new reality, a newer way of breathing and living would come from this arrival. I felt the holy spirit in the wind driving me home.
